She holds a Business Degree with a concentration in Corporate Governance (2019) and began her career supporting the Company Secretary of a top 10 blue-chip listed company in Hong Kong. This role deepened her expertise in company ordinances and listing rules, while providing hands-on experience in corporate governance operations, including statutory compliance maintenance, due diligence reviews, and regulatory filings etc.
Corporate governance prioritizes shareholders' interests and maximizes value creation, while family governance establishes a foundation for shared values and long-term cohesion.
